Returns Policy
(a) Any claims must be made in writing within 14 days of despatch date of order (other than returns for breach by Brand Republic of the Australian Consumer Law); and
(b) Discrepancy claims against orders will only be accepted within 5 working days from receipt of order.
(c) Returned goods must be accompanied by either the relevant INVOICE COPY or INVOICE NUMBER;
(d) Goods must only be returned with prior written agreement with Brand Republic
(e) Goods must be returned in unused condition with undamaged packaging and returned in full
(f) Any goods that are embellished in any manner, screen printed, embroidered, engraved or branded in anyway etc. will not be credited and will be returned to the Customer
