Choosing a custom car shade starts with the product itself. The folded shape, open dimensions, surface and print area all influence how your finished design will work. Brand Republic offers three popular starting points: the Umbrella Car Sunshade, Silver Auto Sunshade and Concertina Metallic Car Sun Shade.
The umbrella model opens into a windscreen shade and folds into a compact format. It offers two size options, making dimensions an early part of the selection process. The Silver Auto model uses a spring-loaded panel and comes with a matching storage pouch. The Concertina model folds along its foil panels and has elastic loops for storage. A useful design also needs a suitable fit. Check the open dimensions against the windscreen of the vehicles you have in mind; no single shade should be assumed to fit every car. Send the actual artwork you want printed, including any logo, wording and preferred colours. A simple logo and a detailed illustration may need different approaches. Screen printing is listed for all three models; the umbrella shade also lists heat transfer and sublimation. Ask us to check the suitable method and print position for the selected shade before finalising the design.
