Are all the products you supply on the website www.brandrepublic.com.au?

Our website has an extensive range of products to meet you promotional products needs and is great for you to use as an ideas builder however it does not include everything we have available.  With thousands of products available we simply cannot fit it all on our website so we have chosen a few of the most popular products to assist in showing what we can do.  The Brand Republic team are highly skilled and available to assist you in offering the best products that meet your deadline, brand guidelines and budget restrictions.  Feel free to contact us to assist further if you haven’t seen what you need on the website.

Can you help with my promotional product needs?

We are not just a promotional products supplier, we differentiate ourselves by providing complete marketing and promotional solutions for our clients rather than just simply offering branded products. We can do all the work for you and assist you in finding the right products to meet your latest marketing campaign. We are able to offer clients the full capability of designing and manufacturing custom merchandise and apparel that meet your exact requirements. Our account managers and designers have extensive experience in the promotional products field and are happy to help our clients.

Do you brand the products?

We can brand our products with your logo. As an experienced promotional products supplier we have access to the latest branding technologies.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Generally there is a MOQ for our products. Although we are happy to assist with orders both big and small when possible.

What is your lead-time?

Our items have different lead times but generally please allow two weeks for delivery of your order. Should you need a rush order let us know and we will quote express delivery. Higher charges may apply.  If you have the time and are looking at larger qty orders we can also source direct from China to achieve fully custom design / bespoke products and to offer you the best cost savings.

What kind of artwork do you require?

Do you store our artwork?

Yes we keep it on file for future use.

What is pad print?

Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred via a silicone pad onto a substrate.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact.

What is Sublimation Printing?

Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork that works with polyester and polymer-coated substrates. Also referred to as digital sublimation or photo finish.

 What is Laser Engraving?

The process of Laser Engraving is the method in which an optically-read or stencilled art/copy is engraved into a surface by a laser beam. Typically used for products such as high end pens, key tags and desktop accessories, anything Metal.

Do I get an artwork proof prior to production?

Yes we will send you an artwork approval form with all the order details.

Do I get a Pre-production Proof Sample of my order?

Pre Production Samples are available upon request.  If you require one please be sure to advise your Account Manager so they can quote accordingly.  When ordering any product custom made direct from offshore we always recommend that a PPS is supplied.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We recommend the use of a credit card to facilitate rapid fulfilment of your order. We are happy to accept MasterCard and VISA, as well as American Express. Please note, American Express cards will incur a 2.5% surcharge. We also accept payment by EFT. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Where do you supply ship to?

We are based in Australia but we can ship world and Australia-Wide.
